This was the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Excellent facilities, excellently equipped, brilliant shower with separate bath. The mattresses were super comfy and roomy. Personal, homely touches made this a firm 10 out of 10. Thank you, Lynne.

We stayed here for my sister’s birthday. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Parking was simple..literally outside the door! All instructions from Lynne were clear and very easy to follow. We were so happy with the apartment. It was immaculately clean,warm and welcoming and we felt immediately at home and relaxed. Lynne had left a birthday card for my sister which was a lovely surprise. The welcome box of treats was exceptional too! The apartment is finished to an extremely high standard. Comfy beds, lovely bathrooms and the courtyard is so nice to sit outside too. Lynne was an excellent host. She checked in with us to make sure everything was ok which was appreciated. What more can I say? I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Whitby. The location is excellent and everything is within walking distance. Thank you Lynne…you have created a very special place…we had the best time and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay here. The flat was beautiful and spotless, and had everything you could possibly need - including some little treats and extras like milk in the fridge. It felt homely for our little family. Lynne was a responsive and proactive host who gave all the necessary information so clearly. Great base to explore Whitby and the surrounding areas. We will be back!

Lynne was such a fantastic host and was super responsive and helpful! The apartment is beautiful, really modern and has everything we needed for our stay! The area is also great and is in walking distance to everything we wanted to visit in Whitby (the restaurant Pizza West is particularly great!). Our stay was amazing value for money, and we will definitely be back!

The flat was very stylish and comfortable with beautiful decorative touches. The beds were very comfortable too. The private patio was ideal for pre-dinner drinks. Lynne was generous with her welcome gifts. Parking was a little tricky because there was a fair on the green, but I’m sure would be fine on another occasion, which we hope to undertake before too long!

The place was spotless, tastefully decorated and felt like home. It was a nice surprise to find fresh milk and juice in the fridge as well as a hamper full of goodies waiting for us. We happened to leave a few things behind and Lynne let us know straightaway allowing us to pick them up before it was too late. We had a great time and will definitely come back.

Lynne was an amazing host who communicated so well and gave us lots of information even before we booked. She has a stunning apartment that is perfect as you want for nothing. The welcome hamper was a wonderful touch and there was plenty of room to relax. Everything in the apartment was of good quality. The beds were so comfortable that we all slept so well. We loved the outdoor area where we enjoyed drinks and a fish and chip dinner. Parking was easy with the permit provided, and the location made it easy to walk everywhere. The Nespresso coffee machine was a real bonus too. Would highly recommend Lynne’s apartment. Thank Lynne

Wow! This was definitely the best air bnb holiday we have had. From the moment we thought of booking, Lynne was super proactive at responding and answering every question we had. The flat is on the most beautiful road in Whitby (in my opinion) and straight on the beachside. Spot on instructions on how to access. It was peaceful, spotless, warm and we felt at home straight away. The private balcony and welcome gifts were hugely appreciated too. We had to leave early unfortunately due to a family illness and Lynne was extremely accommodating and caring. Hugely appreciated and recommended to everyone!
